Changing habits can be challenging. Why can some people do it and not others? I always thought that in order to quit something it needed to be replaced with something else. If you want to quit drinking coffee then the habit had to be replaced with drinking tea for example. The thing is tea may not satisfy the way coffee does. Finding an equivalent substitute is key but according to science it’s not enough.
