The family I received through marriage is an extra awesome social bunch. They asked us over for dinner in the late September to celebrate of my 44th birthday earlier in the month. It had been a year since my last RA flare and I was in the middle a flare on this night with the family. I had been feeling ragged all week and looked forward to having dinner make for us.

Changing habits can be challenging. Why can some people do it and not others? I always thought that in order to quit something it needed to be replaced with something else. If you want to quit drinking coffee then the habit had to be replaced with drinking tea for example. The thing is tea may not satisfy the way coffee does. Finding an equivalent substitute is key but according to science it’s not enough.
