Erin Groth is a Mom, GYROTONIC(R) instructor, and arthritis educator from West Yellowstone, Montana who was diagnosed with RA, AS, and inflammatory tendon disease at age 34.
Erin has taught clients how to recover from injuries like hip & knee replacements, to work with challenges such as Scoliosis & Osteoporosis, and to move to improve through her gyrotonic work. Her specialty is arthritis therapy and arthritis education which she loves.
Erin's goal is to give as many people she can effective pain management tools and information they can use for their whole lives.
